Now, Twitter Blue subscription gets a host of new features and now is extended to regions of United States and New Zealand.

What is Twitter Blue Subscription?

Twitter Blue is a subscription version of the microblogging and social networking service Twitter. The service, launched in June 2021, adds extra features to a user’s Twitter account for a monthly subscription. It is the company’s first attempt at launching a subscription service.

The service was launched in June 2021 in Australia and Canada as a part of their testing feature. Now Twitter Blue subscription is extended to US and NZ, which means that the service is successfully ongoing.

Not just this, a bunch of new features have been added to Twitter Blue Subscription. Below is the list of features at the time of launch –

  • Undo tweets – Retract your sent tweets within up to 30 seconds of posting
  • Bookmark Folders – Categorize your saved tweets into assigned topic folders
  • Reader Mode – Turn tweet threads into clutter-free, easy-to-read text
  • Color theme – Select from a range of color options for your UX display in the app
  • App icon –Select from a range of custom app icons that you can use on your device
  • Dedicated Support – Blue users also get access to dedicated customer support

In addition to this, Twitter’s also added another aesthetic option, though a slightly more functional one, with a new tool that enables Twitter users to customize which elements appear in their bottom of feed navigation bar for quick access to the app’s features.

And, finally, we have another feature, Twitter’s also added ‘Twitter Labs’ access, which will enable Blue subscribers to test out new features in development.
