Nokia, a Finland based company, which was once the leader of mobile technology in India, has made a comeback in the Indian market with its latest laptop – PureBook X14.

Nokia has launched the laptop with a micro site on Flipkart.

The specs do look promising and backed up the the NOKIA reliable technology, the pricing is economical, especially as the website states that it’s a special launch price.

Pre-orders will be starting on Flipkart from 18th December, 2020 (Friday)

The laptops will be exclusively sold at Flipkart, and they would carry the Nokia branding, even though they are likely to be manufactured by a third party. The micro-website at Flipkart clearly states that Flipkart India Private Limited is a licensee of the Nokia brand in India.

With WFH (Work From Home) concept kicking in during the pandemic, the sales of gadgets, especially laptops has increased. The sale went up-to 77% from 62% last year. Also, a study by Lenovo stated that 91% Indians useres have increased the usage of laptops during the pandemic.

The maximum sold laptops, in India, during the pandemic have been HP and Lenovo. Right after the first lockdown was imposed in the country, majority of the laptops and notebooks started disappearing from the shelves. Perhaps, social distancing as paved way for increased internet interactions. At the end of the day, Humans are social animals!
