The availability of the new features by these platforms come at a time when people are using social media heavily to seek information about hospitals, beds, oxygen cylinders, critical COVID treating drugs like Remdesivir and other medical necessities to treat their family and friends.
Even though many organisations have stepped in to help India fight COVID, still the availability of services in the nick of time cannot be guaranteed. Stay Home; Stay Safe.
