There’s this happy news for Snapchat users – Starting February 23rd, you can update your Snapchat username.

Here’s how to update your Snapchat username –

  1. Tap the Bitmoji icon in the top left corner of the Camera to head to the profile screen
  2. Select ‘Settings’ by tapping on the gear icon in the top right corner of the profile 
  3. Tap ‘Username’, just below ‘Name’, and select ‘Change Username’ marked in blue 
  4. You then click ‘Continue’ on the pop up reminding that Usernames can only be changed once per year
  5. Type in a new Username, and hit ‘Next’
